Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping: $9.95
Express Shipping: $14.95
Free Standard Shipping: Available on Australian orders over $100.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, holidays and busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched:

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Australia Post delays or circumstances outside our control.

Courier

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Please ensure your email address and delivery details are correct before completing your order.

International Shipping
We ship Mood Kids orders internationally. International shipping starts from AUD $35, with the final cost calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Estimated international delivery is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local postal services and customs processing.

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
